Our database server cluster for CYPHER business encountered an error at 12:30 AM CST which caused an outage. After troubleshooting we rebooted the database server and the site was again operational at 1:10 AM CST. We are conducting a detailed investigation and have recruited the assistance of Amazon Web Services in determining the root cause.
